My family knew nothing about houses so we took his word and we in for a surprise. We have spent thousands of dollars in home repairs so far. He should have noticed many problems but told us the house was in good condition.

Noted some items on my inspection, but nothing to be concerned about. Come to find out the support is NOT up to code!!! Specifically asked about insulation under the house and pipes freezing, told me it was insulated and there's no problem. Turns out the back part of my house didn't have ANY insulation ... no wonder the pipes were feezing!!!
